The UNI 10891 standard defines the minimum requirements for services provided by Private Security Institutes of any legal nature and aims to certify theachievement and maintenance of service quality levels in different types of private security.

Guideline on gender equality management system
Certification according to UNI/PdR 125:2022 supports organizations in promoting gender equality by transforming corporate culture, confronting to build their strategic vision according to a virtuous process.
The quality of the company and the services provided conforms to the standards set by the Ministry of the Interior, according to the certification under DMI 115/2014.
The company’s Management is certified according to the UNI 10459: 2017 Security Manager standard.
CDO is registered on the Government White List, a list of suppliers, service providers and executors of works not subject to attempted mafia infiltration, and has obtained the ⭐⭐⭐ in the evaluation of the legality rating by theAGCM (Competition and Market Authority).
Since 2018, the company has adopted the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 June 8, 2001.
The company has also developed an integrated management system policy.
In 2024 CDO adopted the management system aimed at ensuring gender equality, as per the guidelines of PDR 125:2022 certification.
In 2025 CDO also implemented the management system complying with the standards of SA8000 certification, aimed at ensuring respect for workers’ rights and corporate social responsibility.
